| Meeting Agenda | ***Strategic Committee Meeting MOM*** Date : Friday, 9th December at 8:00 pm Attendees - Nandu Jagtap, Anil Raskar, Abhay Beknalkar Kishor Jambhekar, Ajay Kulkarni, Rajendrakumar Vidhate, Pramod Paliwal, Yashwant Kulkarni 1) Yashwant has given breaf information on Strategic Committee 2) Need to discuss on how to increase the weekly meeting 3) How to increase RI foundation donation 4) Nandu has suggested few points on new involvement. We can visit new members house. 5) Nandu and Prashant is discussing with authorities for avability of meeting venue and get it on long lease. Kumar Vidhate has suggested few things to start process 6) Yashwant is going to prepare proposal with Rotary information 7) Yashwant raised point on fund raise for trust. Pramod suggested to put some target for fund raise for next 2 years. 8) Targets for club - Involve ladies in the club activities and projects - Involve ladies and new members in club BOD (At least 30%) - By the end of next Rotary year we should have club meeting hall - Rotary wheel installation - check with govt authority for location - We should have some signature project to generate funds. Cataract surgery and. eye check camp can be signature project. Need to form a committee. - Refer friends and family members for trust donation - Member assimilation - need to arrange family trip. - Global grant project - Hawaii club project we will do from our trust.
